Their daughter, Shelley Castor, currently operates the company, continuing Mark and Margie’s long standing qualities of friendliness, honesty and integrity.

Fill out Pre-qualification form found on Subcontractor Tab and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I know when jobs are available to bid?
We use SmartBidNet to send out Invitations to Bids. Watch your email box for an invitation to upcoming projects.
The plans can be downloaded from SmatBidNet.
Who do I communicate with during the bidding process?
Questions, RFI’s and proposals can be uploaded to SmartBidNet and will be received by the Estimator, or you can reach the estimating office at email@example.com
What are your Contract Requirements?
Insurance requirements, approved billing forms and payment guidelines can be found on the Subcontractor Tab.
How do I know if I was awarded a job?
The Project/Contract Administrator assigned to your job will send you a Subcontract document and attachments.
Where do I send an invoice, and who do I notify about payment?
The Project/Contract Administrator assigned to your job will be your contact.
